1、 Injection molding industry
1-1, according to the characteristics of the injection molding industry, the design focuses on the injection molding area, the calculation of air conditioning cooling capacity needs to consider the heat of the injection molding machine, otherwise it is difficult to reduce the cooling temperature in summer.
1-2, because of the injection molding machine heat generation, in the spring, autumn, and even into the winter season air conditioning need cooling mode, and other workshop operation mode (winter heating), the design needs to be carefully considered!
1-3, injection molding machine head work area, the work will produce odor gas, the design needs to consider local strong exhaust to remove odor gas, to avoid causing human injury.
2、 Painting industry
2-1、According to the characteristics of the painting industry, the design focuses on the spraying area and baking area.
2-2, the spraying area has high requirements for dust, and the general local design of the spraying area should reach 1000 or 100 levels, so as to ensure the finish of the products. The exhaust air of the paint spraying area must be set independently and must be discharged by the exhaust gas treatment equipment to meet the environmental protection requirements.
2-3, spray paint area shall be designed for negative pressure (relative to the adjacent clean area)
2-4, baking area oven door open will generate a lot of heat, local need to design the corresponding exhaust air to drain away the heat generated.
